Our Book Club was born out of Lockdown V1 in 2020 where I wanted to create a community
where no person should ever feel alone. Mrs B's Book Club was born and has doubled in size
since October 2020! We are an informal club and encourage our virtual social meetings to include
you in your PJs and with a glass of something cold in hand! I was fed up of seeing book clubs from (some)
MLMs pretending that the books in their book club were for adults, when in fact if you read the description
of the books, you may be surprised to find that they are generally young adult books for teens!
I wanted to create a book club which is designed solely for us adults and this is reflected in our
choice of books (which you get to choose!).
How does it work?
Mrs B's Book Club has an exclusive Facebook Group
Every 2 months, a new book is chosen by our members
At the end of the first month of the chosen book, we will meet online and chat about the book
and also general chit chat!
At the end of the second month, I'll review the whole book and then this always turns into a lovely
chat about whatever comes up!
We are an informal, flexible group with members aged between 20 - 70! All you need is a love of books and the desire to be part of our little family.
The cost of the book club varies every month as I try to get the best value for you all. You can also be a silent member of the club and not get involved in any of our socials. So it really is up to you!
If you live locally to us in Lincolnshire, you can collect directly from our HQ. Make sure to select the Pickup from Mrs B's option at the checkout! I have always strived to provide great quality books and a fantastic book club for great value. This ethos will continue forward!
