Returns & refunds Policy

The returns policy lasts 28 days from the day you receive your item/s from us. 

Your items must arrive at the returns address by the 28th day.

All returned items must be in original packaging and original state, with any tags still in tact. Items must not be damaged, marked, scented or have animal fur on them, tried out, opened or used in any way. 

Returns parcels are the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our returns address. Tracking is therefore strongly advised and recommended. 

If you have received an order as a gift, please contact us and we will endeavour to help where we can. We do ask that the return and refund of a product is requested by the customer who purchased the order, in any circumstance. 

Exchanges -
We do not offer exchanges as a company unless the product is defective.

Refunds - 
We offer a refund service within a 28 day period but this does not include any bespoke order or order by invoice. 

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an automated email from Mrs B to inform you of the processed refund and you may receive an additional email from your original payment company, depending on how you have paid.

PayPal refunds will likely take 5-7 working days to be visible in your account, and card payments will take 7-10 working days. Please do contact us if there are any issues but only after these timescales. 

Damaged or Defective Items:


All of our stock is carefully checked before dispatch to avoid any damaged/defective items being delivered to you. However if this unfortunate situation occurs, we will happily replace your item for you. This only applies to items when received and within 28 days of receiving them.

 Shipping:

The shipping cost of all returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Mrs B at Mrs B's Hive strongly advises that you use tracked postage - we are not responsible for your parcel until it has safely arrived at the return address.

If you choose to shop using your PayPal account, PayPal will fund your returns postage, making it a 100% free process for you! This is not a system run by or associated directly with Mrs B or Mrs B's Hive, but it's a great service offered by PayPal. Another fab reason to use Paypal!

Items which do not adhere to Mrs B's refund policy (any edible products,drinks, aromatherapy, balm or BeYou product)  will be returned to the customer unless they are faulty.  

Returned parcels that do not adhere to the above policy will not be accepted and they will be posted back to the original postage address at the cost of the customer. So please, do contact us before you post if you have any doubts. 

Aromatherapy products (other than the bath salts), balms, soaps, beYou products are non-refundable. This includes the aromatherapy oils and base carrier oils under any circumstance. Only faulty items will be returnable and Mrs B's Hive will pay returns postage for these if we request. If Mrs B's Hive requests that the product is returned, this must be done before a refund is issued. If you do not send your faulty item back at Mrs B's Hive request, you will not receive a refund. Mrs B's Hive may decide to refund based on faulty product photos. Please ensure you take photos of the damaged product in any case.
